Working from home is a dream for many people, for others, it is our everyday reality that provokes a feeling of freedom and independence: no watch, no time clock time and no one to pressure you on how to manage your time. We recently participated in an online conference with several men and women with businesses from home and we all agree that having an orderly and pre-established agenda, you get more independence and freedom, rather than enslave you because you are the owner of your time and calendar, so you know how long work, and give you the opportunity to program yourself a meal for three hours or take a full day of rest, because you have previously met your daily goals.
